Move your body in less than 20 mins a day with Dee. Gain strength, increase endurance, mobility, and flexibility.
Monday to Friday you will be training with Dee, improving your overall fitness. Who says working out is boring? Never when you train with Dee. Exercises will be new and fresh, keeping you motivated. Get Stronger with Dee!
The nutrition portion of the program focuses on realistic nutrition. What is realistic nutrition? It's eating to fuel your body without dieting and deprivation. Want a burger? Great, lets plan for it. Going out with friends? Perfect! Let's figure out what you're going to order.
Randa will show you how to enjoy pizza night with the family without jeopardizing results. No diets here, just simple healthy habits so you never have to diet again.

Short answer, yes. The meal plan is gluten free and serves as a blueprint. Randa (our Certified Holistic Nutritionist) will guide you through how to customize the meal plan to meet your needs as no two people are the same with their likes/dislikes/intolerances.
You pay a one-time fee of $500 CAD (taxes included) for the Eat Move Meditatie 5 week program. This price includes all the components listed above. It also gets you online lifespan access to the course assets, member Facebook community, and any other new or bonus content that may be added.
Individually this would cost you over $1500, but we bundled our services for 67% in cost savings!

For the Eat Move Meditate program, we will not be offering refunds. The program is set up per individual. However, we will work with you to ensure you will stay accountable and stick with the program.
Once you sign up, you have no choice but to go through with it. We did this on purpose😉.
The Eat Move Meditate program is 4 weeks long and will have a live group call on Zoom every Monday. If you cannot make the call, no worries, we will send you the link to the call once we're done. You won't miss out on a single piece of content.
Once enrolled you’ll receive information from us on how best to contact us via email for questions about the training or any system (online access or performance) issues. You will also be able to submit and ask questions during the live weekly office hours sessions and through our private Facebook community.
