Monday to Friday you will be training with Dee, improving your overall fitness. Who says working out is boring? Never when you train with Dee. Exercises will be new and fresh, keeping you motivated. Get Stronger with Dee!

I'm Gluten Free/Dairy Free/a Picky Eater, will the meal plan work for me?

Short answer, yes. The meal plan is gluten free and serves as a blueprint. Randa (our Certified Holistic Nutritionist) will guide you through how to customize the meal plan to meet your needs as no two people are the same with their likes/dislikes/intolerances.


How Much Does The Program Cost?

You pay a one-time fee of $400 CAD (plus GST for Canadian residents) for the Eat Move Meditatie 4 week program. This price includes all the components listed above. It also gets you online lifespan access to the course assets, member Facebook community, and any other new or bonus content that may be added.

Individually this would cost you over $1500, but we bundled our services for 67% in cost savings!

Is There A Refund Policy?

For the Eat Move Meditate program, we will not be offering refunds. The program is set up per individual. However, we will work with you to ensure you will stay accountable and stick with the program.

Once you sign up, you have no choice but to go through with it. We did this on purpose😉.


How Long Do I Have To Complete the Program? Do I need to devote particular days and times?

The Eat Move Meditate program is 4 weeks long and will have a live group call on Zoom every Monday. If you cannot make the call, no worries, we will send you the link to the call once we're done. You won't miss out on a single piece of content.


What If I Have Questions Or Need Support?

Once enrolled you’ll receive information from us on how best to contact us via email for questions about the training or any system (online access or performance) issues. You will also be able to submit and ask questions during the live weekly office hours sessions and through our private Facebook community.
